Sith ranks

ok here it goes

The Fist was a Sith Lord who served as the supreme military commander for the One Sith. The Fist was appointed to the position by Darth Krayt. Until 130 ABY, the Fist was Darth Nihl, but he was then made into a Hand after his predecessor was killed at the Massacre at Ossus.[1] As of 137 ABY, Darth Stryfe served as Krayt's Fist, in command of the Service alongside Grand Admiral Morlish Veed.

The Hands were members of the One Sith around 130 ABY. They were Darth Krayt's most able servants, trained and existing to carry out his will. They took only his orders, and reported only to him.

By 137 ABY, Krayt's only Hand was Darth Nihl, having been given the post when his predecessor died unexpectedly. That year, he made Darth Talon into his second Hand, a fact that displeased Nihl.

After both Talon and Nihl were grievously injured by Cade Skywalker, Emperor Krayt named Darth Stryfe as his new Hand.

Broadly a Sith Cultist was a member of any Sith cult. More specifically, "Sith Cultist" was used with reference to the members of Tavion Axmis's Sith cult, the Disciples of Ragnos.

Sith spy was a rank during the New Sith Wars. The Brotherhood of Darkness trained them in the Ryloth Academy, Umbara Academy, and Nar Shaddaa Academy. Umbaran shadow spies were one type of Sith spy.

The Sith assassins were a sect of covert Force-sensitive killers secretly founded by Darth Revan on Malachor V during the Mandalorian Wars. Captured Jedi and Sith soldiers who were found to be Force sensitive were taken to the Trayus Academy to be trained as Sith assassins.

Adept was a Sith rank during the New Sith Wars, similar to Sith acolyte. The Brotherhood of Darkness trained them in the Dathomir Academy and Iridonia Academy. It was later used in the One Sith as an alternate form of adress for acolytes.

Sith Acolyte was a rank of the Sith Order before Darth Bane reformed it. This was the term given to a Force-sensitive apprentice who had only just started the dark path under the tutelage of a more experienced Sith Lord.

Sith Warrior was a rank of the Sith order before Darth Bane's reform of the Sith Order. They were mid-ranking Sith who generally focused their energies and skills towards battle, spending little time on actual dark side philosophy or other concerns of the "purer" Sith. One of the early Sith Lords styled himself as a Sith Warrior. It is very possible, just like the Sith Lord being the dark side version of the Jedi Master, The Sith Warrior could be the dark side version of the Jedi Guardian. During the New Sith Wars, the Brotherhood of Darkness trained Marauders in the Honoghr Academy, Gentes Academy, and Gamorr Academy.

Sith Marauders were a variant class of the Sith Warriors, specially trained Dark Jedi exceptionally gifted in melee combat. Sith Marauders were fueled by hatred, rage, and cruelty; the Marauders would fill themselves with rage when entering a battle, entering a battle-fury fueled by the dark side. Thus, most Sith Marauders could duel any average Jedi, toe-to-toe, and win easily. Marauders cared little for the subtleties of manipulating others and lacked a deep understanding of the Force.

Shadow Hand was the title given to the second-in-command of the Sith monarch, or Sith'ari.

Later, members of the Sith Order would use it as both a title for the second-in-command of the Sith Master and as a term equivalent to an apprentice.

sith Knight was the title given to a former Sith apprentice who had completed his or her training with a Sith Master or Sith Knight

Sith apprentice was an individual, on occasion a child, that began serious training under a Sith Master, usually chosen by the Master themselves after the potential apprentice displayed an impressive act of loyalty or cruelty. In some cases, the individual pledged themselves to the teachings of the Sith Master, thereby becoming the apprentice. In other situations, the Master sought out the student, being guided by the will of the dark side of the Force. Sith apprentices were analogous to Jedi Padawans, and the relationship between Sith Master and apprentice was the analogue to Jedi Knight and Padawan. A Sith apprentice's time as the student ended either with their death, or when the apprentice kills his master, then they took an apprentice of their own, thereby ascending themselves to the rank of Sith Master.

Sith Lord was a title that was conferred on a powerful master of Sith knowledge. Yet, the title seemed to be used somewhat ambiguously to refer to various things, including all Sith, the Dark Lords of the Sith, Sith Masters in Darth Bane's reformed order, or as a rank akin to that of the Jedi Master for the Jedi Order. Several Sith Lords also held the Darth title. The term "Sith Lord" generally encompassed members of both sexes, although some female Sith, such as Lumiya, were styled Sith Lady.

Sith Master was a title taken by a Sith if they had an apprentice.
